Guidebooks

Jenn, working closely with a talented team of professionals from the Massachusetts Housing Partnership (MHP), CHAPA, state officials, and experts, is the primary author of three MHP Guidebooks. 

  1. Municipal Affordable Housing Trust Guidebook, which received the 2010 Outstanding Planning Award from the Massachusetts Chapter of the American Planning Association

  2. Municipal Affordable Housing Trust Implementation Manual, released in November 2015 

  3. Community Preservation and Affordable Housing Guidebook: Create, preserve, support, released in early 2016

These guidebooks have assisted countless communities to navigate the sometimes murky paths to creating and preserving affordable and community housing with Community Preservation Act and Municipal Affordable Housing Trust funds.
