CPA Technical Assistance
JM Goldson provides technical support to the Community Preservation Committees and local officials to assist with all aspects of managing and implementing the Community Preservation Act (CPA) program in a variety of Massachusetts communities. JM Goldson’s support includes evaluating projects under consideration for CPA funds, updating the Community Preservation Plan and application materials, providing information regarding the use of funds, as well as project oversight and grant writing. These specialized services are highly customized for each community so that JM Goldson can provide the level of support needed by each community.
